The Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance (TS Alliance) is developing a physician referral list, comprised of physicians and other professionals who are known to treat patients affected by tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC). In the meantime, TS Alliance staff will provide physican referrals on a case-by-case basis. 

When constituents inquire about professionals who are known to treat people affected by TSC, TS Alliance staff will refer to the physician referral list. Furthermore, staff will also give those constituents who inquire names of support network volunteers in the same region so that they may receive subjective opinions about the professionals on the list.

The list will not be published on the website, nor will it be distributed as a whole in any other media. The TS Alliance will periodically send updated professional education materials to members on the list.

All licensed physicians and professionals may be added to the list. The TS Alliance, however, will not add anybody's name and pertinent information without his or her consent. This is where we need your help! If you would recommend your physician to other individuals and families living with TSC, please click on the link below, print out the cover letter and physician referral form. Then, take it to your doctor to fill it out and send back to the TS Alliance.
